A balanced diet

The plate of good eating is considered a balanced diet consisting of:

  • Identifying food groups (fruits and vegetables, cereals and tubers, and legumes, and foods of animal origin)
  • The combination and variation of the feed
  • The selection of daily menus with three food groups
  • The contribution of energy and nutrients through proper diet

It is important to follow the diet imposed by a Nutritionist because as mentioned every diet is different for anyone. The specialist is ideal for this, as it is who devotes his time analyzing the food groups in order to develop the right combinations depending on each patient.
