Dyspepsia or difficult digestion, also known as dyspepsia, is a pain in the upper abdomen which is manifested especially after eating. This is a very common condition that can be alleviated by administering medication to reduce stomach acid and stomach protectors. Sometimes it is related to stress, alcohol, smoking, abuse of high-fat foods or eating too fast. Therefore, discomfort when digest healthy habits can lessen if acquired, both in the diet and daily routines. Anyway, this is a benign condition, without consequences, even as chronic and can come and go intermittently over the years.
