Immediately loaded implants are those in which the dental implant (screw that replaces the tooth root) and a temporary prosthesis in one intervention is placed. This technique promotes healing of bone tissue and integration of bone implants. This removes the need for fixed period without teeth, with consequent aesthetic and functional advantages, because not go prostheses supported on the gums, discomfort, so that the patient can smile and eat from the outset are reduced. The temporary dental prosthesis is removed when elapsed between three and six months after implant placement.
